The Godox Speed Ring for Bowens Lights is a speedring and the diameter is not listed. It is made to only work with specific Godox softboxes like, Godox S-Type Bowens Mount Flash Bracket with Softbox Kit (23.6 x 23.6") BH #GOSFUV6060.

142mm/5.59" inch.
The lip is 3.30mm/.129" inch
This was to big and did not fit my speed ring where the insert diameter on that one measures to 139-140mm. Although it states Bowens S, it does fit the mount on my strobe. There are slight tolerances between some of the Bowens accessories so this may or may not fit exactly.
