Haida HD3300 Overview

  • 1Description

Made of aluminum alloy for durability, the 100-PRO 100mm Filter Holder from Haida is compatible with 100mm filters with a thickness of up to 2mm. It comes equipped with three filter slots, allowing you to use different filters simultaneously to achieve a wide variety of effects. And even when stacking filters in front of a wide-angle lens, the holder avoids producing any noticeable vignetting in most cases.

On the rear side of the filter holder is a built-in gasket, which helps block light from entering the lens coupling. This allows you to take long exposure shots without worrying about any stray light ruining your image. Several sizes of adapter rings are available separately for different lenses, ranging from 49mm to 82mm, and need to be purchased for proper use.

  • Fits up to three 100mm filters simultaneously for achieving a wide variety of effects
  • Maximum filter thickness of 2mm
  • Built-in gasket blocks small amounts of stray light that can enter through the coupling and affect a long exposure photo
  • Avoids vignetting on most cases, even when stacking filters with wide-angle lenses
  • Made of durable aluminum alloy, accepts adapter rings that are available separately for purchase

    Haida HD3300 Reviews

    100-PRO 100mm Filter Holder is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from I want to love it but... It is very well made, beautiful engineering, and I love the integration with the polarizer, however the filters fit very very tight. Too tight. There is a gasket at the closest filer slot that is a tad too thick and the 4mm thick resin filters are actually bending slightly. I'm using Lee filters, but the Haida brand are reportedly the same thickness. I removed some bit of mold part flashing in the slots, but also really needs a thinner gasket. So, I have had to make mods, and have to make more, but why should it be necessary? It just takes too much force to put in a filter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cumbersome While I’m sure it’s a great system, it really cumbersome and difficult to buy on for a newbie! They now make an M10 which is priceier but might be worth it I. The long run. Just my opinion.

Yes, you will get a little vignetting at the 10 mm focal length to 15mm. It would be better to use a 150mm filter holder.

What step up filter do I need for a Sony 24-105 f4 G lens?
    Asked by: Joel
That lens has a 77mm filter thread. So I would get the Haida 77mm Adapter Ring for 100-PRO Series Filter Holder. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1343784-REG/haida_hd3301_77_77mm_adapter_ring_f.html
