The TH-X Head from Libec is capable of supporting cameras weighing up to 9 lb. It includes a sliding quick-release plate and features a 1/4"-20 screw for camera attachment. The drag and counterbalance are fixed, and both the pan and tilt can be locked. Rosettes on either side of the head can hold the pan bar for right and left-handed operators. It comes with a dual attachment base that can fit either in a standard 65mm bowl tripod or on flat-mount accessories such as sliders, jibs, and more with a 3/8"-16 screw.

It is best to stick with heads/legs made by the same manufacturer to guarantee the best fit. Your combination will work as long as both the head and legs are 75mm ball compatible but a Miller head will typically have more range to level the head and lock down tighter on Miller legs than a Libec head (and same goes for a Miller head with Libec legs).
