The only reason film can be blank is if light is getting to it...So either the back door on the camera is faulty and doesnt close all the way or the camera has a flaw that is allowing light to seep or bleed in after the door is closed..OR if the pack of film was exposed to extreme heat they say that could also ruin the film. Sometimes your just the unlucky one to get a faulty camera...The one I got for my granddaughter worked perfectly from the get go..but the first day she couldn't resist trying to open the back... the camera immediately jumped the film number on the back to 10...apparently expecting a new stash of film...so now the last 3 images in the pack were going to be miss numbered...so she had 3 to go..you have to watch the little ones the first couple of times they use the camera...but she loved it1
