Looking at the photometrics of the Cello (115.2 fc / 1239.6 lux at 3.29' / 1 m) is it fair to say it would take about three Cello's to create a similar light output to the Timpani (which is 318.6 fc / 3430 lux at 3.28' / 1 m)?

This is my first time using color lighting.. would you suggest 2 of these or 1 ?

Well, if you're mounting the light on a camera, one is all you need. They put out a pretty good amount of light, but two will only work if you're lighting a small area. Say someone's torso

Does this light have green/magenta adjustment in CCT mode like the larger Timpani does?
Asked by: Joshua
No green/magenta adjustment. The color from this panel is beautiful and accurate without it.

What is needed to run the Cello on A/C power, and is that cable included?
Asked by: Kevin
While a battery and charger are included unfortunately the AC adapter is not included in the Luxli Cello 10" RGBAW LED Light kit, but we do have it available separately via this link: https://bhpho.to/3dc7tH3

question

Can this be set not a tripod and synced with the camera with a cord?
Asked by: Anonymous
There is a Luxli App for Iphone (not sure about other phones) that adjust the light via bluetooth for colors and intensities which is very handy. I have had some inconsistent problems with being able to turn the light on sometimes and not sure if it is a connection problem I have with the battery or not. The light is very versatile when working well and the daylight balancing is wonderful for many applications.
