Will it print labels for mailing something also?
Asked by: Dana
No! As this uses Glossy Photo Paper only, it's to thick to do as a label. You cant use any other labels for this. If you need a 4 x 6" label printer use the "Dymo LabelWriter 4XL Label Printer" here's the link: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/660228-REG/Dymo_1755120_LabelWriter_4XL_Label_Printer.html

Canon has built this device to its highest standards. Any exceptions to the rule are defects, which happen in any realistic manufacturing process. It is the exception, not the rule.

How's is the printing functionality with Mac?
Asked by: Daniel
I bought this for my parents to print photos from their iPhone. It works great with iOS Airprint, but didn't bother to configure their Mac (because they are terrified to touch it). The print quality is great, but supplies are not inexpensive.

question

The Canon KP108-IN ink & paper kit doesn't list the cp1300 as compatible, only the cp1200. Is this just an old listing? Is the 108 kit what I need with this printer?
Asked by: Karen
The KP108-IN is fully compatible with the CP1300. The CP1300 uses the same media as the CP1200.
