The Telestream Premium Support First Year for Switch Plus is a mandatory one-year support plan for new purchases of Switch Plus. It provides you with telephone support, priority response whether you call or send an email, and free software upgrades for the duration of the plan.

As a Premium Support member, you will also be eligible for Remote Access Services (RAS), which is a fast and secure method of allowing a support technician to access your computer and identify and resolve an issue quickly.

Support hours are 8AM - 5PM pacific time, excluding holidays. Telestream aims to respond within 8 business hours, with Premium members taking first priority.

Note: This is a mandatory support plan for new purchases of Switch Plus 4/3/2. Proof of purchase of the plan will be requested from you in the activation process for Switch Plus.
