Reliable and durable, the ZT410 Industrial Thermal Transfer Printer from Zebra is suited to a wide range of demanding applications, including manufacturing, retail, transportation, and healthcare, among others. This model boasts printing up to 4.09" wide on media from 1-4.5" wide and uses either thermal transfer or direct thermal transfer to create sharp, accurate labels at 203 dpi. It also has an E³ Element Energy Equalizer thin film printhead that helps maximize quality when producing both 1D and 2D barcodes. Also, speed is impressive with the ability to print up to 14" per second.

Various media types are supported and are easily loaded through a side-loading path. This supports large rolls up to 8" in diameter and prints up to 157" in length. Dual media sensors, both transmissive and reflective, are present for using continuous, die-cut, notch, and black-mark media options. Operation is made easier through the use of an LCD screen to quickly view and change settings. A USB host port is present for quickly configuring the printer to match existing setups. Additionally, the printer is ENERGY STAR qualified.

Integration into an existing system is easy with a choice of USB 2.0, RS-232 Serial, Ethernet, and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity as well as a variety of Link-OS Solutions software tools. This includes Document Design software, an integration tool, management options, and various developer tools
