Designed with a high magnification and large objective lens combination that birders, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts will find irresistible, the Levenhuk 12x50 Karma PRO Binoculars are engineered with complementary technologies to present an immersive observation experience — especially in challenging low-light conditions.

The Karma PRO features aluminum & silver-coated BAK4 roof prisms, a 4-element/3-group eyepiece lens configuration, and anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics, which work together to produce bright and clear high-contrast images with accurate color fidelity and limited distortion across a field of view that approaches wide-angle. The larger objectives draw in copious amounts of light that allow the Karma PRO to be comfortably used in difficult conditions such as at dawn or dusk, or when looking into heavily canopied forests and underbrush. The wider field of view also helps to mitigate the appearance of visible hand-shake that is common with high-power hand-held optics such as this.

Complementing the optical performance is a chassis that is wrapped in a protective textured rubber armor that provides a secure and stable grip, especially in cold or wet weather or when wearing gloves. The optical tubes are nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to make them waterproof and resistant to fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes. The binoculars' large center focusing wheel, ±3 dioptric correction, and twist-up eyecups enable precise focusing and eye relief for just about any user. Between the larger objectives and high-power, arm fatigue may become a factor during long-duration observation sessions, so Levenhuk made this version of the Karma PRO compatible with an optional tripod mount that accepts most optional standard 1/4"-20 tripod adapters for hands- and fatigue-free use.

Optical Performance

  • 12x magnification
  • 50mm objective lenses
  • Compact roof prisms
  • BAK4 prisms deliver a round exit pupil, and a crisp and clear image with limited edge distortion
  • Anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics produce neutral and accurate color fidelity across the entire visible spectrum, and improves contrast and image brightness
  • Highly-reflective silver and aluminum prism coatings reduce internal light diffraction to maintain image brightness and improve contrast
  • 4-element / 3-group eyepiece lens configuration improves image quality by reducing lens-edge distortion
  • 246-foot field of view at 1000 yards

Use and Handling

  • Closed-bridge configuration
  • Large textured center focusing wheel is easy to manipulate even when wearing gloves
  • 56-74mm interpupillary distance adjustment range
  • ±3 right-eye dioptric correction
  • Twist-up rubber eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewear
  • Tripod mountable with optional adapter
  • 14mm eye relief
  • Comfortable 4.2mm exit pupil
