CAME-TV TP727 Reviews

Poorly Made

This head appears to be made well, but the central column that maintains vertical stability allows a significant amount of wobbling. (This is not the result of loose adjustment knobs. It is actually a fault in the internal connections that allow rotation of the head.) After attempting to work through an exchange with B&H, I was forced to work directly with the manufacturer and incurred additional costs in sending the item back for warranty replacement. Don't waste your time on this head and don't expect B&H to support your exchange request.
