Polaroid Originals 004670 overview

  • 1Description

This pack of Color 600 Instant Film from Polaroid Originals contains eight sheets of film for use with Polaroid 600-series cameras. Producing natural, yet vibrant colors, this ISO 640 film offers a classic instant film look with its glossy 3.1 x 3.1" image area and traditional white borders. Each shot develops in 10-15 minutes after exposure, and the film should be stored in a cool, refrigerated, but not frozen, place before use. Additionally, even though this film features a built-in battery to power 600-series cameras, it can also be used with i-Type cameras that feature their own camera battery.

Polaroid Originals 004670 reviews

Color 600 Instant Film (8 Exposures) is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised I'd read reviews elsewhere stating the Impossible project/Polaroid originals color film wasn't the best. Basically, Impossible films ARE Polaroid originals now, and in three packs in my old One Step express, the color and lighting were spot-on. I find the latest film perfectly satisfactory, and measures up to the original films Polaroid produced in its heyday. As long as you have a camera in good shape with clean rollers I can't imagine having any difficulty with quality of shots. Will definitely be buying more and enjoying instant photography again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I recently found my old Polaroid Sun 600 in he house I grew up in. Last time I used it was in the 80’s. I also found some old Polaroid photos that I took. They still look good. In fact, the colors are more vibrant than the colors produced in this Polaroid Originals film. I found this film to be very muddy. I also think it’s weird that the film has to be shielded from light for the first few minutes after taking a photo. And it’s very expensive for some reason. I won’t be buying it again, which is a shame because I have the camera. I would rather buy a new Fujifilm Instax camera to pursue any instant film photography. The photos produced on Fujifilm Instax film are much more pleasing. The colors are more vibrant. I’ll chalk this up as a failed experiment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Welcome Sight When I learned of the availability of the Polaroid 6oo film, I immediately thought of making vintage portraits at Christmas. The film, however, does not perform like the original product. It takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes for the image to fully develop, a far cry from it's ancestors. Otherwise, it has the same quality, sharpness, and appearance of the original Polaroid. Be prepared, the new product is very expensive (per shot) and each film pack holds only 8 shots instead of the original ten shot box.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Sure What I Think Yet I just shot a pack of this film with my Polaroid Step One camera. The images were kind of flat and yellowish. At first, I was disappointed. But now I'm starting to like the look as it gives it a dreamy, classic look. The last photo I took with this pack however, was a major disappointment. There was a brownish splotch that covered a third of the photo, making it a wasted shot. And at almost $19 for eight shots, that wasted shot was not cheap. I hope this was just a fluke as I'm considering trying this film out again. If I do try this again,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed - terrible colours Terrible colours. Fuji instand film is much better, the original polaroid film was completly different: Much more saturation, vivid colours with the typical polaroid touch ! Polaroid originals ??? No !!!
