For inputs, the monitor system accepts balanced 1/4" TRS, unbalanced 3.5mm, and unbalanced RCA inputs. An integrated 2-band EQ allows you to fine tune the monitors to your listening preference. PreSonus E3.5 Reviews

Absolute banger at this budget

+++ Pretty neutral sound out of the box with optional bass boost through a dial. I cranked mine to the max because I listen at very low volume and why not ++ small footprint so fit on my desk really well + muted design + gets reeaally loud without distorting + easy enough to setup I literally have no complaint at $99. Absolute banger.

Great speakers. Sound great and look great. The only thing about these it's the size... I use them as pc speakers and they're big. Overall it's a definitely strong recommendation for me.

good, but not suitable for monitoring

as others have stated, these speakers are quite warm - for me that's great since i wasn't looking for studio monitors one thing i noticed is that expansion and contraction due to small temperature changes of just a few degrees results in a clicking/cracking sound of the physical parts rubbing together - this will occur once for each few degrees of change given the price, i'm quite happy with them

The PreSonus Eris E3 speakers are a great pair of monitor speakers for the price if you are looking for video editing or music production quality. The speakers do not include an amplifier for it to work. The speakers includes power cable, red and black outputs to connect both sides and an auxiliary cable to connect to your labtop or desktop monitor screen. Speakers include acoustic tuning knobs on the back to control decibel levels to your preferred taste. The speakers also include TRS inputs to connect to your work interface or amplifier. Overall, the quality and versatility of the PreSonus speakers are fabulous for the price. Highly recommend!

Very good high-end and low.

I own Bose desktop speaker that cost the same price. PreSonus Eris sounds much better. I'm very happy.

These are, by far, the best price/performance speakers I have ever purchased. Almost sound immersive- Apple spatial audio files sound significantly good!

I need to buy longer speaker cable to connect them, do I buy bare wire cables?
Asked by: Derek
If you want to make them farther apart from each other, then you need bare speaker wire. If you want it a long way from the computer (or whatever source you have), you need a long stereo RCA cable.
