the Bluetooth does not work from the harman kardon allure speaker what can I do?

I'd like to setup the speaker, however HK Alexa Setup app is not available in Apple Store on any of my Apple devices. Tried using VPN to see if location is the issue, but nothing changed. Is there any other way to install the app or setup the speaker?

Which one sounds better, this one or the Aura S3? I can't decide between both.

For sound quality, we can say that our HK Allure is ahead given that it has more reach when it comes to Bass output, however, our HK Aura Studio 3 has more Rated Power at 2 x 15W RMS + 1 x 100W RMS. Hello, its the second HK product, lovely sound, but its impossible to use via alexa with Apple music, "this device is not compatible con applemusic", could you please help me ¿?. kind regards

Thanks for your question. In order to link your Apple music with Alexa, you could try out these steps: Open the Alexa app on your phone (you can use Android, too). Tap the menu button on the top left. Choose “Settings.” Select “Music.” Tap “Apple Music.” Choose “Settings” again from the Apple Music page. Tap “Link Account.” Log-in with your Apple ID Enter in your two-factor authentication code (if you have this enabled.) Tap “Allow” to let Alexa access your Apple Music library (“non-personal” information like age, gender and listening activity may be shared with Amazon, according to Apple’s terms.) Tap “Done.” Once you’ve connected your account, it’s time to make it the default service so that Alexa is set to play music from Apple Music rather than Amazon’s own service. Open the Alexa App on your phone. Tap the menu button on the top left Tap “Settings.” Choose “Music.” Scroll down to the bottom under “Account Settings” and tap “Default Services.” Select “Apple Music.”

Hi, have set up & used for over a year now, have just had ultra fast broadband put in so had a new modem!!! But will not connect, please help.

You will need to reset your Harman Kardon Allure and set it up to your new wifi connection. To do so, you will need a pin and press it at the reset button at the back of the Allure until Alexa says factory reset. Hi. I get "MEDIA_ERROR_INTERNAL_DEVICE_ERROR The detailed message was: Device playback error" from the skill mymediaalexa. It work on every other device... Firmware Is still at 2019.. i have to trash It?

Dear HK, I just bought HK Allure and I relized that HK Alexa app is not available in Croatia. Do you have any solution for this issue and is it possible to use this product only as an bluetooth loud speaker without the app?

I have already setup the speaker completely and now when I try to add the speaker to a group set of my living room via the Alexa app so that I can control the lights in the Living room via the speaker it shows a triangle warning sign.
