The AkiTio Node Lite Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Expansion Chassis provides one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot for Thunderbolt 3 systems. The slot is compatible with half-length, full-height, and double-width PCIe cards, supporting up to 25W of power. The Node Lite comes with a DisplayPort 1.2 output for expanding a system's onscreen workspace as well as a second Thunderbolt 3 port that lets the system daisy chain with up to five Thunderbolt devices. Each of the two Thunderbolt 3 ports transmits data at a rate of up to 40 Gb/s and offers a USB Type-C design, so you can connect the provided Thunderbolt 3 cable on the first try.

The DisplayPort connector makes it easy to connect an additional monitor to extend your workspace. This video output frees up the second Thunderbolt 3 port for daisy-chaining with other Thunderbolt 3 devices.
