Does the case break apart as easy as the silicone cases?
No. The leather case is much more durable than the silicone one. I have had both, and the leather outlasted the silicone by a wide margin. Also, the leather case has almost self-healing properties. It is hard to explain. Basically any scuffs and scrapes become completely invisible, blended into the layer of patina that the leather forms the more you use the case. It is really nice and feels good in hands.
