Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value, very satisfied I bought the headset without wands for $100 to use with Iracing. I've used the HTC Vive previously. This is better. Less screen door effect. I had to go thru Steam to connect with Iracing, but it has since worked like a charm. Very much improved my Iracing experience. I highly recommend it. The minor negatives I had read about... audio connection too close to the ear, small sweet spot for the clearest vision, and that the headset tightening mechanism was fragile have been non-issues. Those things could be improved but they don't matter much in my experience. My computer is a Dell with an I5 processor. That has been plenty of computing power. BH has been a fine vendor. I would buy from them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value It looks like Windows mixed reality gear is in fire sale mode with its various manufacturers. This is extremely good value at this price and if your system passes the system requirements PC check you will be up and running very quickly. Microsoft has enabled these headsets to connect and play Steam VR apps which is the motherload of games and content for the Vive and Rift .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good headset. Even more so for that Price. Enjoying VR since the Oculus DK1 and DK2 and owning a Vive VR headset since its launch in spring 2016, I was curious how the Windows Mixed Reality headsets would fare in comparison. As those headsets are still rather expensive here in switzeland, I just let not pass this offer up. The lenovo headset cost me 99$ plus about 55$ in shipping cost and taxes, but that was still way cheaper then cheapeat local offer. Shipping was super fast and everything was in perfect condition. About the headset itself, here's my bullet-point review, for the headset WITHOUT motion controllers: The good: - tracking is top-notch. No noticeable difference from the Vive. - setup is super smooth: plug the headset in, follow the onscreen instructions that pop up. Done. - very comfortable. - lightweight and practical mount on the head. - Very clear and crisp image with easy readable text... Cons: - ... with a bit washed out colors and blacks that are more grey than black. This is owed to the use of backlit LCD panels instead of OLED panels like in the Vive. - small "sweet spot". This is the area of the lenses that produce a sharp image when you look through. - no physically adjustable IPD (inter pupilar distance) of the lenses. It is fixed at 63mm. I have an IPD of 66.5mm and I am bareley within the use range. This means, I can barely see a clear image with both eyes together. You can adapt the IPD in software somewhat, but thus is more to show the virtual world in its correct size. Conclusion: If you have an IPD of about 61 to 67 (better 62 to 66), you absolutely cannot go wrong with this headset. It is incredibly good for flight/space sims and racing sims, and offers an affordable yet technically advanced entrance to VR. I give only 4 Stars instead of the full 5 stars because the IPD cannot be physically adjusted - otherwise, it deserves a 5 Star review.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Average product, limited usefulness without motion controllers Bought this on a whim when the headset was on sale. Little did I know that most VR titles don't have workarounds for motion controllers, or lack thereof. Most importantly any of the windows mixed reality controllers have been impossible to find. Kind of a rip-off to sell the headset alone but not the motion controllers, forcing those who just bought a headset to repurchase a full headset kit?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I received a headset with several dead pixel. The headset is working ok, but the right panel have 3 dead pixel. I looked it up that the headset does not have warranty at the Lenovo. I did regret the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This headset has great visuals, great room scale tracking, for an extremely affordable price. I live in Canada and the shipping was fast also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It stinks Screen door effect. You can bury see anything no matter how much you adjust it. Do not buy this
