Peavey Cirrus 5 overview

  • 1Description

The tiger eye Peavey Cirrus 5 is a 5-string electric bass guitar designed to provide a versatile sonic palette and attractive looks for performing and recording bassists on the stage, in the studio, or at home. It features 24 frets, a 35” scale length, alder wings, and a maple top.

The maple neck has mahogany stringers, a rosewood fingerboard with a 12th fret “C” inlay, and neck-through-body construction. A Peavey PowerPlate is installed on the back of the headstock to enhance sustain and consistency across the neck. Its 18V active electronics include two low-impedance humbucking pickups, 3-band EQ, pickup blend, and volume. The pickups and string spacing can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

The Cirrus 5 ships with DR Dragonskin strings and a case.
