The 360° VR Site Tour Camera Kit from EarthCam is a portable 360° video/photo solution for your construction projects. It features a compact camera and monopod designed for you to tour a jobsite and capture 360° 14MP photos and 360° 1080p video (with audio) and upload them with the included Control Center 8 documentation software (Windows/Mac).
Your 360° photos get logically geotagged to your construction plan in Control Center while your videos get uploaded in the form of guided tours. Control Center allows you to manage images of pre-existing and as-built conditions over the life of your construction project, document daily progress, add notes, and much more. You get a one-month subscription to the Control Center 8 desktop portal plus a mobile version (iOS/Android) for accessing the portal when away from the office.
The camera works in combination with an included VR Site Tour mobile app (iOS/Android) that it syncs up with over built-in Wi-Fi. The camera offers 8GB of built-in storage for offline use, but otherwise jobsite recording is done on your phone/tablet via the app. The specially designed monopod has an environmental data sensor built in that reads temperature, humidity, and dew point at a jobsite and displays these on the VR app and in Control Center. It also has an integrated bubble level and a compass. The monopod weighs only 2 lb and extends to up to 64" in height. When the camera is attached to the monopod, an included dust- and weather-resistant polycarbonate camera case covers and protects the camera from the elements. A carrying case is supplied that fits both the monopod and camera for transport.
In addition to everything above, EarthCam offers on-site training, on-site service calls, customer and technical support, programming and custom scripting services, website development and social media integration, and many other services to help you with your hardware, software, and overall workflow throughout the life of your construction project. After you place your order, EarthCam will contact you to help set everything up, including manage your Control Center 8 subscription.
