Redirect and soften your light source with the Bounce Kit from LumiQuest. The bundle features the Pocket Bouncer, which bounces the light at a 90° angle to soften the light and enlarge to about five to six-times the size of the flash head. This can be modified with the included gold and silver bounce inserts to either add warmth or add contrast, respectively. Also, it comes with the UltraStrap, which has hook-and-loop fasteners for attachment to an on-camera flash unit.
This LumiQuest Pocket Bouncer Kit consists of the Pocket Bouncer, Gold Insert, and Silver Insert.
The Pocket Bouncer enlarges and redirects the light at a 90° angle from the flash to soften the quality of light and distribute it over a wider area. While no exposure compensation is necessary with automatic flashes, operating distances are somewhat reduced.
The Pocket Bouncer is used to soften the flash light output with minimal light loss; to be used with slaves or alone where low ceilings are not available, or where more direct but soft fill light is desired. It attaches to the flash head in seconds with the included touch-tab fasteners.
The silver insert adds a specular look to highlights, particularly useful for weddings. The gold insert adds a warm tone to the scene, particularly useful for outdoor fill flash. These inserts attach with hook and loop dots to the bounce surface of the Pocket Bouncer to further modify the quality of light.
LumiQuest's UltraStrap Accessory Mounting Strap is a secure, non-adhesive flash accessory mounting strap that's compatible with all LumiQuest accessories and most portable strobes/speedlights. Using touch-tabs and neoprene, the strap applies a constant 3 lb. tension to the flash with a non-skid surface for a stable method of mounting accessories to your portable flash.
