The USB port detached from the board during the first use. The soldering of the USB port onto the main board is very delicate.

Bought this because you can adjust it to be vertical or horizontal by swapping the potion of the two screws. Solid piece of kit. Gives multiple output options.

This plate comes with a great assortment of cables for powering up various camera components and accessories. The only problem I've had with it is that the Canon 5D Mk4 does NOT like the dummy battery, as it immediately brings up a warning screen upon powering up with it, and another warning screen immediately after. It goes on to work fine, but I did have the camera mysteriously shut itself off and then back on again in the middle of a take. I don't know if it's a camera issue or a dropout of some sort from the plate / adapter, but it's definitely caused by using the provided dummy load battery adapter.

It is possible to power a C300 Mark II with this unit, however you will need to also purchase the proper cable to connect to the C300 Mark II. The Core SWX D-Tap to LEMO Power Cable for C300 Mark II (24") is a great option, B&H # COPTC3MK2. https://bhpho.to/2UIv7Vl

Yes, you can use the CAMVATE V-Lock Mounting Plate Power Supply Splitter to power your mirrorless camera. You will need a DC cable to dummy battery (your camera's battery type) to power your mirrorless camera.

Yeah, there is no reason this should not work safely: You will need a d-tap cable though, such as this one: https://bhpho.to/3oBKHNq
