Protect and add accessories to your Sony a6500, a6300, or a6000 camera with this formfitting Camera Half Cage with Top Handle from CAMVATE. The aluminum cage covers about half your camera, leaving the handgrip open as well as providing open access to all ports and battery.
The cage features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads as well as an integrated shoe mount on top. The top handle also features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads as well as a shoe mount and a 15mm rod port. The camera mounts onto the cage using a 1/4"-20 screw on the base, and it features soft padding to protect your camera and prevents twisting. The top handle mounts on top of the cage using the included NATO rail and can be mounted in any direction. A red knob on top of the handle secures the NATO clamp onto the rail.

The CAMVATE Rotating Top Handle with NATO Rail can be rotated into a sideways position by loosening the red knob on top and changing the orientation. This top handle is designed to attach by quick release to an included 2.4" short NATO rail, which can be mounted on cages and other supports via two 1/4"-20 screws. The NATO rail has a slotted design that lets you space the 1/4"-20 screws as needed to match your cage. The top handle provides a sideways 15mm rod port, two integrated shoe mounts on top, and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads. Attaching an optional short 15mm rod to the sideways port allows you to mount a monitor, EVF, or other accessory, while the two shoe mounts can be used for lights and mics.
