    A&J PRO ANJMPLX80 reviews

GP Motorized Carbon Fiber Camera Slider (31.5") is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Updated Review Same rating, my initial review still stands but I have 2 points of interest. Time lapses - I’ve had good success both with the built in feature and by using my own intervalometer. As my preference I will likely use my Vello intervalometer with this all the time. Just allows me more control and I can do more. Vertical slides - not an option. The motor doesn’t have enough power to slide anything vertically. Not a single result would work with a Canon 5D and any lens combo. Very slight incline can be done on a Sony A7 or 6300 and only with the lightest lenses (16-50 2.8). The incline is so slight it’s not worth it in my opinion. So just some updated notes. Still think this is worth the money and has been a valuable companion as it only really has 1 think I can’t do on it and it’s a function of rarely want anyways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the money, but not perfect I bought this to limp me through until I can spend more on a nicer system. But for the price I’m paying you can’t go wrong. And if your a vlogger or casual videographer you can’t go wrong, it actually might be all you need. The slider itself without the motor is as good as any. With one catch, the bar parallax system with the rotating base allows some give. So you could use it without the motor but I’m not sure I would. The motor is easy enough I’d just use it all the time and plan shots rather than going free hand. But it is possible. If you plan on doing lots of free hand. This is probably not for you. The battery life is quite good. I’ve used it for 6hrs and haven’t charged it. The control and cables seem a little cheap but that’s what you pay for. The control function is super simple. For video shots it’s flawless though. Time lapses are a little trickier. It’s not perfect but you can dial it in to get very effect results. I’ll spend more time trying to perfect how I do this and I might even use my regular intervelometer and time it rather than all in the sliders control. I’m confident perfection is out there I just have to learn it. It also stores/ships with the motor intact to the slider and with the tuner belt as well. It’s created some noticeable bumps in the belt which are noticeable on the slider. I’ve stretched out the belt on the slider but pulling it through the holder on the end of the slider but can’t help but think in time it will happen again. So I’m thinking I’ll store it without the belt in the motor (you can take it apart) and possibly trying to find replacement belts at a local hardware store. Over all impressed. I can’t see anything being better at that cost.
