Add powerful bass to your home entertainment experience with the piano gloss black SVS PB-4000 13.5" 1200W Subwoofer. It uses a 13.5" front-firing woofer to produce up to 1200W of RMS power and up to 4200W of peak power for ground-shaking performance in nearly any listening environment. It features three bass ports and an adjustable minimum frequency response between 13, 16, or 18 Hz, making the PB-4000 equipped to handle virtually all types of listening material.

Amplifier Designed for Enhanced Output, DSP, and Power Management

Discrete MOSFETs with Class D Amplification with the Sledge STA-1200D Amplifier
The efficiency of Class D amplification is combined with the augmented current of the discrete MOSFETs to help enable immense low frequency output and precise driver control for enhanced performance at nearly all drive levels.
50 MHz Analog Devices DSP
The digital processor is designed to maintain accuracy and sound quality through in-room tuning, enhanced frequency response curves, DSP controls, and more.
  • Room Gain – Tailors the roll-off slope to the acoustics of the room for enhanced frequency response accuracy and deep in-room extension without the "boominess" commonly associated with room gain.
  • Port Tuning – Each response curve for the three port tuning modes (standard, extended, and sealed) is configured to the respective mode for balanced and accurate frequency response.
  • Advanced Limiting – Allows the amplifier to deliver its maximum power and maximize on the driver's potential with high output and virtually no distortion.
Active Power Factor Correction (PFC)
Active PFC serves as a line conditioner, surge suppressor, and voltage regulator, letting the amplifier handle wide voltage fluctuations and helping to ensure that the subwoofer operates flawlessly on nearly any household circuit, regardless of incoming current instability. An isolated circuit creates a low noise floor by virtually eliminating the potential for ground loop hums from outside components for enhances sonic transparency. It lowers the average current and smoothes the power input current, allowing for a 1200W output from a traditional 15A power outlet.

The motor assembly is designed to generate immense magnetic force and excursion of the 13.5" driver to produce massive low frequency output below the typical limits of human hearing.
