Built with a rugged 19" all-metal housing, the Sennheiser SR 2000 IEM is a stationary, two-channel wireless transmitter designed for personal, in-ear wireless monitoring applications. It can be used in various environments to send stereo or mono audio to musicians, reporters/broadcasters, or video makers who are wearing an Evolution bodypack receiver such as the EK 2000 IEM (available separately).

The SR 2000 IEM offers up to 3000 frequencies in the 516 to 558 MHz range. The frequencies are organized in twenty banks, each with up to thirty-two factory-preset channels, and six banks, each with up to 32 user-programmable channels. To ensure interference-free operation over greater distance, the unit employs pilot tone transmission technology and a variable RF output power, which is switchable between 10, 30, 50, and 100mW.

In addition to the intuitive interface with backlit graphic display, the Ethernet connection makes operating the unit user-friendly. Use it to network your SR 2000 IEM to a Mac/Windows computer and control your entire system remotely with the free Wireless Systems Manager (WSM) software (available separately).

The SR 2000 IEM features a 5-band graphic EQ to shape your sound and a headphone output with independent volume control. It conveniently includes three power cables for operation in the EU, UK, and US.
