The Line 6 Firehawk 1500 is a modeling amplifier intended for gigging electric guitar players. It takes the technology behind the HD series of Line 6 effects, and pairs it with a full-range, flat-response array of speakers. There are six speakers in total, arranged a large woofer in the center. Taken together, you get a wide array of cabinets, amps, and effects, as well as a speaker system that reproduces these tones faithfully during your live gigs.
The Firehawk can handle up to 1500W of power, which is a lot for a stage amplifier. It operates in stereo, and can give up to 132 dB SPL. On the rear of the unit, you'll find two monitor inputs, two XLR outputs, MIDI connectivity, headphones outputs, and sends/returns for two FX loops. You'll also note Variax and RJ45 / FBV 3 pedal connections, as well as a USB port for interfacing with computers.
