hello.. I have installed Nest Doorbell without Chime but it is connected to Google Home hub. It seems to be working ! is there anyway to reduce the volume or turnoff the chime sound within Nest doorbell when pressed ? its loud during nights..please advise.
In the Nest doorbell app there is a setting to turn off the chime sound.

As long as the existing transformer falls between the specification of 16 to 24 VAC; 10 VA then you can just replace the unit. They designed this unit to be relatively easy to install but it is recommended to bring an installer.
