It is compatible with mirrorless cameras when used with the appropriate adapter, appropriate T mount adapter, and the T mount lens. Opteka 2x Teleconverter for T-Mount is not made for Canon EF lenses though. It is made for T mount lenses.

No, you cannot. The Opteka 2x Teleconverter for T-Mount is designed for lenses that use the screw-on T-mount lens mount connection, The Sony E 55-210mm f/4.5-6.3 OSS Lens uses the Sony E-mount bayonet lens mount on the lens, and would not be directly compatible with the T-mount teleconverter.
