    CAME-TV EVA-U1 reviews

Shoulder Rig for Panasonic AU-EVA1 Cinema Camera is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Advice for modifications - some can be made by user. Bought this. - But very difficult to fit on the EVA1. I'll try to list problems and how I have tried to work around them. Top plate fits bad on top. Panasonic tophandle does not fit on the top plate - had to drill the holes in the handle larger to make the screws fit. Front does not accept larger lenses. The hole in front are to small. A Sigma 150-600mm dont fit. Had to drop the front plate because of other issues too. The tubes are mounted too high so it is not possible to mount them and support for larger lenses like the sigma mentioned. Mounted a manfrotto 357 pro quick release plate to get place for the tubes a support. The VCT14 mount could not fit on a VCT14 but with a file I made it fit. The battery mount on the back, have the power lead running out in the bottom so you easaly could brake it when trying to get the rig fit on the VCT14. The V-Log battery holder makes it impossible to use the rear tubes but if they just mounted the battery holder higher it would be possible. Would I recommend this to a friend - no - not to a friend.
