Will the condenser headset work with this system?

The SK100 bodypack transmitter will support condenser headset microphones, that use the 3.5mm locking connection, wired for Sennheiser. Here is an example: https://bhpho.to/3BUpB6s

Will the plug-on wireless transmitter attach ...

Will the plug-on wireless transmitter attach properly to a side-exit XLR boom pole (particularly K-Tek Avalon), or will it not attach firmly enough, please? Would it be necessary to buy something like a K-Tek KlassicPro upgraded to their KPTA plug-on TX adapter? Is there another brand/model of boom pole that would suit the Sennheiser plug-on TX?
Asked by: Colin
When I screw the XLR on my Sennheiser TX it actually swings out a hook to hold it tight, so I suspect this will work well with the side-exit XLR port on a boom pole. A professional boom operator does this (he has a YouTube channel showing it in action), and he confirmed it holds tight.

When using the plug-on combo, does that make you ...

When using the plug-on combo, does that make you have to choose between using the receiver with the plug on or the lav mic? So if I wanted to use both at the same time, would it mean that I need to purchase a second receiver?
Asked by: Allison
Only one of the transmitters can be used at a time. So, if you want to have both the lavalier transmitter and handled plug in transmitter you will need to buy another receiver to accept that secondary signal.

The system DOES supply phantom power to the included lavelier mic (or others). If you want to use the included Sennheiser lav in a wired configuration, you need to buy the expensive Sennheiser power supply.
