Distinguished by its durability, the silver Fujifilm FinePix XP130 is a rugged compact camera featuring a well-connected interface and versatile imaging capabilities. Revolving around a 16.4MP CMOS sensor, this camera can record high-resolution stills at up to 10 fps and Full HD 1080p video, and the sensor's back-illuminated design maintains smooth, low noise image quality when working in difficult lighting conditions. Complementing the imaging assets is a Fujinon 5x optical zoom lens that covers a 28-140mm equivalent focal length range for working in a variety of scenarios, and optical image stabilization minimizes the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting. As a waterproof, shockproof, freeze-proof, and dust-sealed camera, it is well-suited for nearly any adventure, ranging from snorkeling trips to mountain ascensions, or even just for day-trips to the pool.

What causes the audible noise coming from the ...
What causes the audible noise coming from the camera in shooting mode? Sounds like white noise. It goes away in Review mode. This relates to the Fujifilm XP130.
My experience is the same: a kind of white-noise whirring sound anytime you're in "taking" mode. It disappears when you enter Review mode. I tried many variations of settings, but none takes away the noise.
I returned the XP130 to Fuji under warranty and complained about the noise, as well as very brief battery-charge life. The camera was returned 3 weeks later with no cover letter or response, no indication of parts replaced or adjustments made. I was ignored.
When I called the CS line in NJ, the responder said he could not hear the noise. I can't prove it, but I think whatever the source of the noise, it contributes to the short battery life.
If you find out the cause, please let the rest of us know---and if you fixed it.

That card is too robust for use in the Fuji XP130, I would recommend the Sandisk 128gb card;

Dos it come with the battery.?
Dos it come with the battery.?
Yes, one battery. It's tiny and doesn't last long, so consider getting a couple of extra batteries and a charger that will work in both house and car.
I'd also recommend NP-45S batteries with higher milliamp-hour ratings than that Fuji supplies. The voltage is still 3.7v. Fuji supplies 700mAh; I'm using 1200 mAh.
Finally, using an external charger is more convenient than opening the camera and connecting it to power.

What is the difference (other than price!) between the XP 120 and XP 130? The on-line compare seems to show them as identical.
I would like the answer to this as well. The only difference I can see is that the 130 has bluetooth.
