Styled in a sodalite finish, the Ibanez j.custom Series RG8520 is an electric guitar with a solid, double-cutaway body, a bolt-on neck, DiMarzio pickups, and a Lo-Pro Edge tremolo bridge. The j.custom Super Wizard five-piece neck, constructed out of maple and wenge, provides a scale of 25.5” and features bound, selected rosewood with 24 jumbo frets and a Tree of Life inlay. For electronics, this guitar utilizes two DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups. These pickups have been engineered to provide you with a powerful, crisp, and piercing high-end, as well as a tightly compressed bass response and a distinct absence of mud in the midrange.

A three-way selector switch allows for pickup combinations and tonal options, while a coil-tap switch allows you to elicit more single-coil sounds. a shared set of volume and tone knobs provide broad level and timbre controls. Gotoh straplocks are provided, as is a hardshell case for transportation.
