It includes the CMC 6U microphone amplifier, MK 41 condenser capsule, CUT 60 removable 60 Hz low-cut filter, foam windscreen, stand clamp, and polished wood case. The microphone features a transformerless Class-A output stage and supports 12V or 48V phantom power.
Schoeps CMC 6UNI Microphone Amplifier
The CMC 6UNI Microphone Amplifier from Schoeps is designed for standard 12 or 48V phantom powering. As the capsules of condenser microphones from Schoeps cannot be directly connected to microphone cables or inputs, a microphone amplifier is required in between. The amplifier’s circuitry recognizes the supply voltage and adjusts itself automatically.
Its performance characteristics remain essentially the same with both 12 and 48V; mainly, the difference is that the current drawn at 12V is greater than at 48V. However, the 12V mode consumes less power and might be preferred for battery-powered recording.
The microphone amplifier provides the electrostatic charge which the capsule requires in order to produce a signal. Since only a miniscule amount of current is contained in this signal, amplification of the current is required. To avoid interference to the signal on the way from the microphone to the input of the mixer or preamp, the signal is conveyed at low impedance and in a balanced form. The amplifier offers a symmetrical, transformer-less, direct-coupled Class A output stage with low impedance, low distortion, and high freedom from interference.

The nickel Schoeps MK 41 is a supercardioid condenser microphone capsule designed to deliver minimal coloration and accurate capture of speech and music for sound recordists and audio engineers in film, television, and video production and studio recording sessions. The supercardioid polar pattern offers enhanced attenuation of off-axis SPL and consistent directionality throughout its 40 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range, which naturally rolls off sub-bass frequencies.The MK 41 is compatible with Schoeps Colette microphone amplifiers and requires no tools to install.
Schoeps CUT 60 Low-Cut Filter for Colette Series Microphones (Nickel)
The nickel Schoeps CUT 60 for Colette Series Microphones provides a sharp 24 dB/oct low-cut filter at 60 Hz, which helps cut down on unwanted low frequency noise caused by wind, the boom, or a cable. In particular, pressure-gradient transducers (directional microphones) produce high infrasonic signal levels when exposed to wind. This can saturate an input transformer or an amplifier stage, and can result in loud, unwanted pops and rumble in your audio. The CUT 60 filters out frequencies that are 60 Hz and below, helping to prevent your audio from being marred by these disturbances.

The Schoeps SG20 Microphone Stand Adapter is designed to stand mount microphones measuring 20mm or 21mm in diameter. The SG20 features a strong metal housing and a durable plastic clamp. Its base is threaded for 5/8"-27 stands, and a threaded adapter is included to accommodate 3/8" and 1/2" mounting. The angle is continuously variable.
Schoeps Solid Foam Teardrop Popscreen for Schoeps Colette Series Microphones (Gray)
This gray Solid Foam Teardrop Popscreen from Schoeps is an acoustic foam close-speech popscreen intended for use with Schoeps Colette Series microphones, but compatible with other microphone capsules as well. It provides sufficient protection at normal speaking distances for cardioids and other directional capsules, especially when speech capsules are used. With omnidirectional capsules, it may even be used outdoors in light wind. This popscreen has minimal effect on sound quality.
