Rescue will cover any brand of hard drive or solid state drive. If you need data recovery done on your storage drive, you can ship it to Rescue. Once received, Rescue will recover your data in a secure research lab and send the data back to you via an encrypted cloud account or a different storage drive, which is also encrypted. You can easily track your claim via text, email, or 24/7 online tracking notifications.
Please note that coverage starts at the time of purchase and the storage drive must be working at the time of purchase. Also, the storage drive must have some portion of the manufacturer's warranty still applicable to it.
