Can Peak Design Capture Clip Pro fit on the shoulder strap?
Asked by: ALAN
Peak Design Capture Clip can be attached but with additional and optional strap of required width. There is a video/picture, you need to wrap the optional strap around the Shimoda backpack strap and fix the Capture Clip to the optional strap.

It would depend on which X series model you are comparing but the 2 main differences would be the sizes and the X series has a hydration bladder compartment.

Can I add both a Medium and small ICU in this bag?
Asked by: Michael
I ordered both the large, medium and small ICU. It is possible to use the medium and small together but I found the large was the best fit for me. Either way, this is an awesome bag as I have traveled with it many places. It has held up extremely well.

Is it possible to insert Peak Design camera cubes ...

Is it possible to insert Peak Design camera cubes into this Shimoda Explore 40 backpack? I like the backpack itself, but don't like Shimoda ICUs which in my opinion are not as good as PD camera cubes. What I've noticed is that PD cubes are little bit bigger than Shimoda ICUs. Has anyone tried to fit PD cubes into the Explore 40? Or can someone in the store check it please? I'd like to buy small and medium PD cubes and this backpack, but I live outside USA and we have no PD or Shimoda products at local camera shops.
Asked by: Sergey
Only the small Peak Cube would fit. The medium and large sizes are too large on one side so it would be impossible to close the Shimoda backpack.

The inserts are sold separately, if you plan to need them it is cheaper to buy the starter pack.
