I have a problem with getting sound to be in sync for videos. I tried to upgrade the firmware but I was not able to link the headphones to the app. This is because the model for the headphones is not available on the app.

Our JBL Everest 300 doesn't support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency audio codecs. Since these headphones are designed to be used for listening to music, watching videos may have an audio-video delay. Also, This headphone is not supported by our JBL Portable App. If you have other questions, call our customer service at: https://support.harmanaudio.com/us/en/#contact

Headphones worked great for some time, but now they 'time-out' after a few minutes and I have to delete from my computer bluetooth and re-install to get them working again. But this only lasts a few minutes and then I have to go repeat the process

My JBL E310 keeps disconnecting on conf apps such as Teams, Zoom or skype after 10 minutes. The issue does not happen on other audio/video apps (youtube, spotfiy and etc.). Drivers are updated. How can I fix this issue?

Please check the settings on your apps and make sure that you've selected JBL Everest 310 as the audio and mic input source.

Do they work on iPhone and iPad?

Asked by: Elidam
The wired model (JBL JR300) will work as long as the device has a 3.5mm headphone port. As for the Bluetooth model (JBL JR300BT), they should pair just fine.
