Got this for my SN7Y soundbar. It works great for my 600sq ft living room. Would recommend for a light theatre experience. Shipping to Canada was a breeze. Note that the speakers are wired to the receiver.

Bought these speakers as an add-on to my LG SN7Y soundbar. Super easy to install and pair (just plug them in). Sound is very good for the price. I know there are better speakers available but this is good value. I couldn't buy these in Canada for a comparable price (including exchange and custom duties). And B&H's shipping had them at my house within a few days. Well done!

The speakers are easy to pair without any issues with LG SN7Y soundbar. These speakers complete my Dolby Atmos enjoyment. Now I can enjoy the rear speaker sound with or without Dolby Atmos. The delivery was fast as expected when it was sent to Canada.

Here's how to set up the wireless speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, I had to do a little experimenting but here's how to set up the wireless speakers. Turn on the sound bar and TV so you can hear when the rears turn on. If you have the "surround" setting on, turn it off. It's not necessary because you now have the rears. Plug in the rear wireless unit and connect the speakers. If no sound, look on the rear of the wireless unit and where it says "pairing" there's a little hole. Use a pen or something similar and push the little pairing button that's in that hole. You should be good to go now. That's the process I had to follow for success and it sounds great! With my sound bar on "cinema" or "AI" I get the best sound. I recommend downloading the app for the sound bar for easy adjustment of the sound settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adding this set brought out a lot more fun to my SP8YA soundbar! I'm still tweaking and getting used to my new (toy)! LG has always impressed me with their awesome TV tech! Setup was a breeze. It was stubborn once to reconnect, but turning everything off, then on, cleared the issue. The speakers are very awesome looking and I'm being very picky in choosing speaker stands for this impressively small set. The speakers tend to cut out - here and there - but I can deal with it. I hope a software update/patch corrects this issue and balance the system a little better. I'll hear something "off" for a few seconds or every once in a while. It's not bad enough for to annoy me. Everything glitches, so I hope LG has a software patch/update in the near future. The set performs as well as expected - and then some!

Will it work with LG SL8YG? Please confirm because I have bought LG SL8YG and want to have these as extra rear speakers.

I have the SL10YG and it works fine. I use the lg speaker phone app for setting the rear speakers for surrounding sound (always on) when listening to music or switching to play only original content when watching movies, since it's easier.

This would only support 120 VAC, 60 Hz, you would need a transformer to use with 220V.
