Why this little plastic is so expensive?!

Actually this is not plastic but high quality lightweight magnesium. Since it is a low volume production item that must be made to the highest standards (you do not want it breaking and allow the lens to fall to the rocks below do you?) and the need for the company to make a profit, it costs some money.

It will not. The Tamron 70-180mm doesn't have the spacing for a tripod collar.

This 70-210 mount will not work with the Tamron 200-500mm. The original tripod collar mount is not available at this time. the Tripod collar for the Tamron 150-600mm may fit: https://bhpho.to/2V14czW It is adjustable, and may be the closest choice.
