This transmitter supports signal transmission via an RS-232 interface as well as tally function. It is powered using a Sony L-series-type battery or a power supply (both available separately).

Save your money. This product does not work as advertised. We tried and tested this product as well as the two in one system, and it just does not work. You get what you pay for and with CineGears, you don't get very much. You probably won't get a refund from them either if you decide to return the products.

Are the recievers and transmitters weatherproof ? ...

Are the recievers and transmitters weatherproof ? I mean you rarely need 2000m transmission indoors.

The latency on the Crystal Video Technologies unit is a bit higher at 70ms, compared to 60ms on the Cinegears option. However in either case that is a very low latency, 60ms is 0.06 seconds and should be tough to notice.

The 2000M-H system is rated at 60 MS for latency. It is very low in latency and can be used for live video.
