By incorporating a true diversity design with two independent receiver circuits, the system effectively eliminates dropouts and interference. It utilizes an integrated pilot tone and three-level squelch to protect against RF interference. Furthermore, the selectable mic/line input, variable RF power output, and flexible volume controls enable further optimization of the signal. A 3.5mm headphone jack allows you to easily monitor your signal.

I need to mic 3 people at once and record ...

I need to mic 3 people at once and record separately. I have a Zoom F4 to handle the record, but need to be sure that I can use 3 of these Senal AWS-2000 at the same time. Will these units interfere with each other?
Asked by: nick
Having just bought one of these units, I'm confident I can answer this. Each time you turn one of these units on, you can scan for open freqs. After each is scanned, you aim the receiver at the transmitter, and through an IR port, can sync the units up. If you were to do these one at a time, I can't see why the second and third mics wouldn't handle this. If the first mic has one freq, the second and third would obviously not assume those.

Asked by: Nang
Yes, if you have the same band for the 2 transmitters. Just put the correct frequency into the receiver. Senal seems to have 2 versions of this wireless kit. (The other unit is about 520 - 550 Mhz)

Any practical differences between Senal's "A" and "B" bands (which seem to overlap the Sennheiser models' freqs.) Same "no-license" requirements for either band?
Asked by: Donald
Same no-license requirements. The group that will work best depends on what area you will be using it in primarily. Sennheiser has a very handy tool that allows you to check which frequencies are occupied in your area by zip code, and the relative strength of the possible interfering TV transmissions. These charts are not exclusive to their systems http://sennheiser.us/freqfinder/index2.html
