Will this extension tube work with the GF 100-200mm f/5.6?

Extension tubes are specific to a lens mount, not to any particular lens. The G extension tubes will work with any GF lens. The 100-150mm focal range covers most of the common macro range.

Has anyone tried the tube on GF 45-100 GFX lens?

According to Fujifilm's website, yes, the FUJIFILM MCEX-45G WR Macro Extension Tube is compatible for use with the Fujifilm GF45-100mmF4 R LM OIS WR lens. As indicated on Fujifilm's website, at the lens' widest setting, the lens's maximum magnification using the MCEX-45G would be 1.16 with a working distance of 22mm and a shortest shooting distance of 240mm. At the lens's longest focal length setting, when using the MCEX-45G, the maximum magnification would be 0.67, the working distance would be 92mm, and the shortest shooting distance would be 338mm
