I needed a dummy battery to power a GH5 with my Powerbase batteries. These dummy battery bits are readily available for half the price of this item, but the Powerbase uses an odd size barrel connector. It would take less than a minute to add a $1 barrel connector onto a $15 dummy battery. Try as I might, I could not find a barrel plug to fit the connector, so I spent the extra on this item.

We're afraid not. This part is only for the Core SWX Powerbase EDGE batteries. It will not work with other systems.
