Designed for use with smartphones, tablets, DSLRs, or compact cameras, the aptly named Foldio3 25" Mini Studio from ORANGEMONKIE is a 25 x 25 x 22" white portable light box that folds to a thickness of 2.5" and is easily carried by its convenient handle. Ideal for shooting small products and e-commerce, the Foldio3 has three daylight-balanced LED strips with dimmers so you can dial in the appropriate light intensity or create a ratio between the strips by dimming one of them.     Things I like: 1. Feels sturdy 2. Easy to setup 3. Integrated lights 4. Quality Things I dislike: 1. Both backdrops (white and black) fit into the studio in an odd way. I like that they use magnets but they probably should be designed to fit completely. The black is different to the white - size and anchor points! 2. The black backdrop is not black enough and it also is a dust magnet. Post processing required to remove all the dust. Use a lint roller but dust jumps back on. 3. It would be good if the black backdrop was made of the same material as the white one, which is a form of plastic rather than soft material 4. Probably should include a green backdrop as most of these things do. I think I will be making a couple of more backdrops when I find time and some suitable medium.

    The ORANGEMONKIE Foldio3 25" Mini Studio, B&H # ORFOLDIO3, is compatible for use on 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz electrical current. As such, yes, it would be compatible for use on 220V voltage in the Philippines.

    Is it possible to reposition the mini studio to shoot from directly above (from a copy stand)? I cannot tell if the pop up nature of the structure allows for using a different panel as the "bottom"

    what is the material of the backgrounds? Is it easy to wipe down and clean if say you were shooting a burger and got ketchup on it?
