Version 2 of the DJI Phantom 4 Pro includes all the same great features as the original Phantom 4 Pro and boasts several enhancements, including improved resolution for on-controller live-view streaming, enhanced connectivity, and more. Like the original, the Phantom 4 Pro Version 2 features a 3-axis-stabilized gimbal camera with a 20MP 1" CMOS sensor capable of shooting up to 4K60 fps video and photo bursts at up to 14 fps. It also utilizes the FlightAutonomy system, which includes dual rear-vision sensors and infrared sensing for a total of five directions of obstacle sensing and four directions of obstacle avoidance. Instead of Lightbridge, the Phantom 4 Pro Version 2 now uses Ocusync, which enables improved live video stream performance. Other notable enhancements include lighter props and reduced overall takeoff weight, wireless integration with DJI Goggles, and bolstered transmission power.
- 1" 20MP CMOS Sensor
- Gimbal-Stabilized 4K60 20MP Imaging
- Ocusync Transmission

DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Reviews
Good drone
I received the drone amazingly fast. I Just took it for its maiden flight, and everything went just as expected. Not sure why DJI is out of stock for this model because the Phantom 4 is a workhorse.
Saying something about B&H.
Hello my name is Fallou Mbaye. I bought last time a phantom but i am so happy to buy it in your store because that's a good price and quality. I like it B&H is the best
Awesome service & Great Prices !!!
I received my product super fast. The prices on the entire store site are always unbeatable. Top that off with great service , and you are sure to be happy you purchased from B&H Photo. I know I will definitely shop here again ! Pat D. :)
One of the best drones you can buy.
The JDI Phantom 4 Pro Version 2.0 is the best buy for your buck.
Not a bad unit for about a year, not much longer
I've owned 2 Phantoms, a v1 and a v2. Both were great for about a year. Then the v1 started losing the GPS signal, and eventually just took off and flew into the forest. The v2 won't unlock in no fly zones any longer. Good luck getting any support from DJI. I'm not sure they even speak English, but they clearly don't provide solutions, even if you send them your logs. They simply won't give you any response (meaning they don't reply), then they eventually just tell you to send it in for service, without demonstrating that they have any idea what the problem is. If you read their forum, you'll see that their users have tons of unsolved problems. I'm looking for a different brand next time around.
Great Drone
I had the Phantom 4 Pro. This version is quieter due to the propellers. It is easy to fly, takes great pictures and is pretty rugged
B&H will not support you!
I like B&H generally and have come to buy a multitude of camera equipment from them through my company. They have never disappointed me until now, when my Phantom 4 overheated (Chips fried and scorch marks on back of battery) and I was told it did not matter because I was in flight. I had bought my Phantom 4 used, which I was very hesitant about. However, I was assured that the quality of the drone would be intact, otherwise they wouldn't have taken the product back. I asked several times that if the product didnt match up to standards if I could return it. I was then re-assured that yes, they would take it back within 30 days. I have since come to find that this is rarely true. I got the drone, I set it up correctly, and I flew it a total of 4 times. Early on I could tell there was a problem. The camera kept getting the legs in frame of the shot anytime I flew it to the right or left. This is not supposed to happen, but I was assured it was a software or component issue (seems like it was), that could be rectified by calibrating the camera through the app. I did the calibration with little success or change in issue. I flew once to test the flight, second time to capture some images, third time to see if I had fixed the camera issue, and then I went to bed. The next and final day, I got up, went through the same steps to get the camera to behave right, and took off. Maybe 5 minutes into flight, my camera feed goes out, and I look up to see my $1,000 drone fall from the sky at about 175 ft. I ran up to it after it bounced on the ground and saw a heaping mess. Smoke came from the back of the camera, and I could smell burnt in the air. I picked it up and noticed the battery light was flickering weirdly, I took it out and saw scorch marks on the back of the battery connectors. I then brought it inside and did nothing but research what happened for the rest of my day. It turns out that issues like this are common and the reasonings for it differ drastically. But the common denominator is that the Phantom 4 pro V2 overheats constantly. Most of the time it seems to be the result of a factory issue or some misaligned replaced part. There has even been reports that it can be a firmware issue after an update. Regardless of the reasoning, I got to have 4 flights with this, and then it died. When I reached out to B&H, they offered their sincere apologies and told me there was nothing they could do since it had been in flight. Now I have an ugly, over-priced paper weight. This is awful because I had just got my part 107 license and was planning on doing Aerial Photography part-time.
Solid product and great supplier
B&H came through again and were able to ship us multiple units where other vendors were still on backorder. Supplies have been a struggle over the past few years, but B&H always seem to come through for us.
