Thanks, what amp is recommended to drive the 4 buttkicker advance? Is there a way to separately control the intensity of each unit?
Asked by: Kevin
An amp of 75-400 W. To control separate units, you would have to use separate amps or at least an amp with 2 channels, so adjustments could be made separately. ButtKicker BK4-4 Specs Frequency Response 5 to 200 Hz Nominal Impedance 4 Ohms (inductive) Power Handling Minimum: 75 W Maximum: 400 W

Additional Features & Requirements Requires a power amplifier that supports frequencies below 20 Hz, and power output between 75 to 400W. Mounting hardware and speaker wire are also required. Subwoofer Compatible - The ButtKicker Advance can be used with your existing subwoofer. If there is only one output, an optional Y-cable can be used. Thermal Switch - The ButtKicker Advance is set to shut down automatically if it gets too hot in order to prevent damage to the unit. Please note the accessories listed on this product page.

I have 4 individual home theater seats. Should I use an advance or the mini for each seat?
Asked by: Kevin
It would depend upon the size of the chair, the weight of the individual, and how much of an effect one is after. But the advanced mode is truly the way to go for the best experience. Use this amplifier: ButtKicker BKA-130-C Mini Power Amplifier for ButtKicker Transducers B&H # BUBKA130C: https://bhpho.to/2PXDNX7 Take the guess work out of supplying power to your ButtKicker with the BKA-130-C Mini Power Amplifier from ButtKicker. The Mini Power Amplifier is a digital, fanless, convection cooled, mono amplifier that is designed to meet the power requirements of multiple models of ButtKicker low-frequency transducers. The front panel provides controls that let you roll off both low and high frequencies in order to fine tune your transducer's responsiveness. You can also connect the included wired remote control to the front panel of the amplifier. This conveniently lets you hide away the amplifier, while still allowing a single user to power it on and adjust the transducer's intensity as needed.
