I was in love with this camera until it went berserk. The gimbal head started moving up and down uncontrollably and has never recovered. I've exhausted attempts to reset the camera. I am disappointed because I did not get a response from Removu. I left a pair of requests for help on their website and another one on their Facebook page. Positive....B&H responded immediately to my inquiry. Top rate service and much appreciated.

It does a great job recording 4k at 30 in bright light. BUT it crashes doing any I mean any other function. 120 fps forget it , Time lapse , it over heats after about 10 minutes and crashes. 60 fps it crashes. It only does one thing and everything else it crashes and you have to pull out the battery to reset it

Excellent gimbal from a known producer + functional cam with superb specs. Would also wish for having it weatherproof, but it's close to perfect as it is :)

This is my second Removu K1. The first one lasted 14 months before the gimbal failed. However in that time it performed well in numerous different and challenging situations. I bought this unit so a second person could film with me. I tested it, it worked. A month later I flew to Egypt. Despite being in transported in its foam container in my hand luggage the new unit immediately started making a crispy hissing noise that seems related to gimbal motion and rendered all audio useless, as well as the video being stuttery. It refused to perform a recalibration and just started shutting itself off. It really left me in the lurch in the field. I contacted Removu about repair several times but they don't bother to answer emails. Either the company is dead or they don't care about their product and customers. It's a shame. These units made my life a lot easier. Apart from the horizon warp they never quite fixed, the sheer ease of use, compatibility with aftermarket accessories (unlike DJI) and light weight made this an excellent choice. Unfortunately this particular unit was a turkey and never performed.

At the moment the product appears to be working fine. Doesn't appear to produce any of the jerking that others have complained about. But I didn't like the fact that my product arrived from B&H clearly as a previously used product. The lens was missing the clear protective plastic, and the camera's gimbal was not locked even though there were instructions clearly stating that you must unlock first before use, and it must be locked when stored. Well it wasn't locked during the shipping... Plus the battery was at 100% percent charge, so I figured someone had previously used the product before I received it. Makes me not want to order from B&H. But the product appears to be working okay after 2 days of testing, so I'll keep it for now.

I've gotten a few replacements of these, emailed back and for with them many times. The product hardware and software are poorly built. So many issues. Go with the DJI osmo mobile 2 or 3

locks up shooting 4k/ Be ready to send it back

after 3 min shooting the screen locks up,,,,buttons wont work,, ,,, have to take battery out to turn off. Video in lost. I use recommend memory card and current software update. I have 3 CAM/K1 My 2 newer CAM's both lock up. My older Cam works fine. I would return but to much time has passed.

Not sure I understand your question correctly but my guess is that you want to know how you can pay for this Remove K1 camera? Please forgive me as I am not trying to be rude but sometimes people ask really dumb questions and I am not sure if this is one of them. The answer would be "Money". You pay with money and I am almost 100% positive that you will have to pay in some sort of digital format/method. More than likely you would use what is called a Credit Card which is given to you by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc., depending on your credit score and prior credit history.

What is the maximum clip duration per recording? I heard from some of YouTube videos that it can only record 30 seconds of video clips and then takes 20 seconds to save it.

Those who are reporting time limit issues are using an SD card that does not meet the specs of the camera. It needs a U3 card. Anything less will cause problems. With the correct card up to 256GB, you can record as long as there is room on the card.

This camera can be switched between NTSC and PAL in the setup menu. I have used both.

Hello, Thank you for contacting the Removu Support team! We would highly recommend any SDHC/XC with at least 30 MB/s write speed (U3 and/or V30 ratings). However there are few U3 rated SD Card that does not have at least 30 MB/s write speed like some of the Samsung EVO SD Cards. If you are not certain, please check out the SD Card manufacturer website/support and find out the minimum write speed. Sincerely, Removu America Support Team
