Yes, this Glyph Technologies StudioRAID will work fast with a Thunderbolt 2 Mac. You will need the Apple Thunderbolt Cable (ex: BH #APMD862LLA) and the Apple Thunderbolt 3 Male to Thunderbolt 2 Female Adapter BH #APMMEL2AMA.
