Anchor Audio Beacon 2 Reviews
Almost Perfect!

The Beacon 2 is a great system, but would be perfect if Anchor body pack would allow you to use different headset mics. The EM-Link is left ear only and does not stay on ear very well even when using first aid tape. Also, unlike the handheld mic, when using body pack it does not retain your volume level. Once you set level for the room, when your power down, the level drops to a really low default level. This makes no sense...The biggest issue with body pack is that you cannot use other, better headset mics. Anchors previous body pack allowed the use of all third party mics. Anchor, please update mic body pack to be able to use Countryman, Samson etc....

Is the system able to manually disable bluetooth mode on and off?
Yes, the Bluetooth functionality of the Anchor Audio BEA-QUAD-HHBB Beacon 2 Quad Package Portable Line Array Sound System is manually enabled and disabled with the dedicated Bluetooth volume knob on the Beacon 2 speaker. Clicking the volume knob on initiates the first step in pairing an external device.
