Why is it called a DataVac? I see it described as a Blower. Not a Vacuum. I'm still considering it.

The METROVAC DataVac ESD Safe Electric Duster is a blower and is not a vacuum. The manufacture titles that device as DataVac.

What's so different between this and the Metrovac Metro DataVac Electric Duster 500W?
