Asked by: Brooke
Yes. Simply follow these instructions to enable left-handed use of the ExpressKeys, based on your operating system.Windows: Go to the Control Panel and select "Display,” then change the setting from "Landscape" to "Landscape Flipped.” Mac:Go to Preferences, and select “Standard,” and change the setting to "180°” Note: You may need to turn off “mirror mode” in order to see the control panel option for the rotation of the display. After changing the rotation, you can revert back to mirror mode, and your tablet will operate automatically with the ExpressKeys on the right.

This has been refurbished from the manufacturer and would come with a full 1 year manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer is giving this warranty as it trust that it would be just as good as a new not refurbished option.

I hold my pen in an unusual way where a lot of my hand rests on the paper or screen. I am just wondering if this would be a major problem with using a touch screen model. Would the Cintiq respond to my hand as if I am trying to draw on the areas I am touching it? Is there a way to turn the touch screen part off so that it only responds to the pen? Thanks for any info anyone can provide me with!

Some of the biggest complaints about touch are that it will cause little issues like leaving dots on the screen with touch enabled. But there is a button at the top to disable touch. It can be toggled on and off. There are a LOT of reviews on this unit on YouTube. Most people and professional illustrators prefer not to have it on. But if you are doing video editing it's great. But touch is known to be a bit buggy. The 24" is the only one that comes with the option for a non touch version. The cost of the Touch which you'll likely not use is $500 additional. My advice get the 24" without touch. Now if you want the touch feature you might be able to get a glove like most of the professionals do and that might not engage the touch feature. But again good news is there's a button at the top of the monitor to disable it at any time. Take you two seconds to push it with your finger if it gets on your nerves. Which again you'll most likely not use it according to many professionals. So it's really not worth the $500 price tag. The express key remote will allow you to make a short cut key to zoom in and out as well as turn the drawing area on the screen. My advice is to watch Aaron Rutten's review on youtube. Let me get you a link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvSeRhrUcCY Good luck!
