With Pelican's photoluminescent 3310PL Flashlight, you never have to worry about not finding it when the lights go out. Its housing absorbs light and emits a bright glow in the dark. A white LED emitter provides a low 39-lumen output for reading or performing tasks, and a 378-lumen high intensity for navigation or searching. A flashing mode can also be used for signaling in emergencies.

The polycarbonate housing is IPX8-rated to be submersible to 3.3' for up to 30 minutes. The lightweight, anti-roll body features deep finger grooves for a sure-grip in cold and wet conditions, or while wearing gloves.

Solidly built, bright and exactly as described. A full click does the off and on, but if you ever want it, partial clicks change to low power or flashing light.

High beam is on first, then low, than a bright SOS pulse... I turned off the high beam to save batteries (all the cars already swerved out of my way!) - yet it was the low beam that showed me empty upside down crates on the sidewalk! Thanks Pelican!

Comfortable, handy and nice strong light. I can see into places that I never could before. I haven't needed the glow in the dark feature but that's why I bought this one just in case.

Can this flashlight use 1.2 V rechargeable batteries? The specs say alkaline, but, as I understand it, the rechargeables have a lower voltage (1.2 V?). Is this OK with this light?

Yes it can use rechargeable batteries, the voltage change will not effect the flashlight operation
